Personal
Training is not just for the rich, the famous, or the athlete
anymore. With the ever-growing, de-conditioned American population, personal
training can be a great investment in your health and well being. Anyone,
young or old, in shape or out, can utilize a personal trainer for a variety
of reasons.
How
would you answer the following questions?
- Would
supervised workouts motivate you to workout more often or more regularly?
- Are
you having trouble reaching a personal fitness goal on your own?
- Is
your fitness routine outdated or not giving you the results you desire
anymore?
- Do
you find fitness centers intimidating and uncomfortable but you want
to enjoy the benefits of working out in one?
- Have
you been mislead by incorrect information that either led to injury
or poor results?
- Do
you often get lazy during your workouts and need encouragement to work
to your potential?
- Do
you need some help preparing for a physically demanding job or sports
event?
- Would
you find tracking your progress through regular assessments helpful
and motivating?
- Do
you have medical or physical limitations requiring a highly individualized
exercise program?
- Would
improving your exercise form and technique help you achieve greater
personal goals?
- Are
you having fun during your workouts?
If
you answered YES to any of the above questions, then personal training
could be a practical and affordable means of getting and staying healthy.

An installment plan is available for the 10 and 20-session packages…please
inquire.
Training sessions are based on a 60-minute workout. To get the most
out of them, please show up on time and ready to work.
Cancellation of a training session requires a minimum of 24-hours
advance notice. Appointments not cancelled with 24-hours advance notice,
will be regarded as "used" and the client will be charged
for the session.
A full refund of unused sessions will be approved within 30 days of
the purchase date of your package for any reason. After 30 days, no
refunds will be given.
Refunds will not be issued should your trainer no longer be available
for services. We will, however, gladly provide you with another suitable
trainer to complete your session package.
Unused sessions can be transferred to someone else. If that person
is a non-member of the club, an adjustment in the fee will be necessary
to reflect the non-member rate.
