Court House Plus offers Wellness Education workshops for healthier living. Workshops are free unless otherwise noted.

We also offer a variety of fun and informative workshops through our Forever Fit fitness program. Forever Fit is a recreational, social, educational and fitness program specifically designed for the lifestyle of the 60+ age group. Courses are available to both Court House Plus members and non members.

Admission to all programs is free, unless otherwise noted, and all require pre-registration by calling 649-0597 or visiting Court House Plus. Please sign up by the registration cut-off date listed with each program.
