Forever Fit offers dance classes
for every level - try something new! Meet new friends, enjoy the music
and have some fun while exercising. Please check our class
schedule for days, times and instructors. Classes are ongoing.
If
you're interested in learning to relax or increase your mind, body connection
we also have classes in Tai Chi Ch'uan and Yoga.

Tap
This class will focus on basic tap steps and will gradually progress.
Enjoy upbeat music and have a great time expressing emotions through the
spirit of dance. Tap shoes recommended for full enjoyment of this class.

Fit Tappers - Performing Group
In this class, choreographed routines by Tressa will be taught and practiced.
Eventually, you'll get to show off your talents by performing at demonstrations,
club related events, and shows. How exciting!

Line
Dancing

Beginner:
Have fun while dancing. Dances will be taught at a slower, more detailed
pace for newer dancers while stressing fun, laughter and camaraderie.

Intermediate:
An ideal class for those who believe that age is truly a matter of
attitude. This class combines social, club and performance line dance,
plus builds on skills taught in the novice class to take you to the
next level.
- Line
Dancercise:
The first part of class teaches new dances and fine tunes old ones.
The second part will take line dancers through a line dance exercise
class, starting with slower dances, building to a high energy peak,
and ending with relaxing moves. Prerequisite:
Novice or intermediate class and/or aerobic experience. Back

Tai
Chi Ch'uan
Tai Chi is an ancient discipline of meditative movement that builds muscular
strength, improves balance and relieves stress. The slow, even movements
of Tai Chi Ch'uan relax the body and mind, promoting the flow of vital
energy and replacing stiffness with flexibility and good body coordination.
